My organization is in the biotechnology industry. I have been hired for working in the IT department as an IT Quality Analyst. There is a CEO at the top of the hierarchy in the organizational chart for my biotech firm. After the CEO, there are two Vice-Presidents (VPs) managing the Research & Development department and the Medical department respectively. The VP managing the Research & Development department is the one under whom the responsibility of management of the IT department lies. This is because the information obtained by the IT team about new dimensions of research has to be streamlined by conducting feasibility analysis.
